If you need to request a return, please review the policy below and contact us before sending anything back.
We accept return requests within 30 days of you receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is also required.

Items returned without contacting us first may not be accepted.
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.
If your item is damaged, faulty, or if you receive the wrong product, please contact us as soon as possible so we can review the issue and help put it right.
Some items cannot be returned, including:
perishable goods
- personalised or custom items
- certain personal care goods
- hazardous materials
- flammable liquids or gases
- sale items
- gift cards
If you would like a different item, the quickest option is to request a return for the original product and place a new order separately once your return is approved.
If your order is delivered to a country within the European Union, you may have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.
To qualify, the item must still be unused, in its original condition and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will let you know whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for processing, plus any additional time required by your bank or card provider.
