Shipping Policy

We aim to dispatch orders as quickly and smoothly as possible so you can receive your Essential Life products without unnecessary delay.

We offer free UK delivery on supplement orders over £50.

For orders below £50, UK Tracked 48 delivery is available for £3.99.

All UK deliveries are sent with Royal Mail.

 

We dispatch orders Monday to Friday, excluding public and bank holidays.

Orders placed before 10am on working days are usually dispatched the same day. Orders placed after this time are generally dispatched within 1–2 working days.

 

If your order is delayed, please allow extra time during busy periods, weekends, bank holidays and seasonal demand.

If Royal Mail attempts delivery and your parcel cannot be posted through your letterbox, please check for any delivery update or attempted delivery notice.
