Shipping Policy

Enjoy complimentary delivery within the UK on all supplement orders exceeding £50. Royal Mail handles all deliveries.

 

Processing orders 

Please anticipate a processing time of 1 to 2 business days before your orders are shipped.

Dispatch Information

 

We process shipments daily from Monday to Friday, excluding public and bank holidays. Orders placed before 10 AM on weekdays are typically dispatched on the same day, while other orders are generally shipped within two business days.

 

For SKIN Essential Life, please allow 2 to 3 full working days for processing. The shipping timeframe is estimated to be between 3 and 10 business days.

Delayed Deliveries

 

In the event that your order is delayed, please note that courier services operate only on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). While delays with Royal Mail can occur, they are outside our control. We appreciate your patience, as your package is likely to arrive within a few days of dispatch. Remember to check your mailbox for any delivery attempt notices, as many packages may not fit in a standard mailbox, and items requiring a signature will not be left unattended.

Please note: We post orders as quickly as possible. However, the delivery times mentioned above are NOT guaranteed – they are just approximate times provided by the mail carriers. Once we pass an item to a mail delivery service company, we cannot control delays and delivery times. Whilst we are sorry for any inconvenience caused by delivery delays, we cannot take any responsibility for them – though we will, of course, do everything we can to help you get your order in the quickest possible time.
